Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/No-Show Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. This notice allows us the opportunity to fill your spot with another client. Failure to cancel within this time frame will result in a charge of 100% of the service fee. Late Arrival Policy: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled (resulting in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the service scheduled) or we may need to shorten the service time to accommodate the schedule. Product Use Policy: Products recommended during your visit are based on your hair needs and are not mandatory. However, if you decide to purchase them, we offer a 10% discount for subscribers. Payment Policy: Payment is expected at the time of service. Clients who do not pay their service fee at the time of their appointment will incur a $25 late fee. An additional $5 per day will be charged for each day the balance remains unpaid until full payment is received. Service & Refund Policy: All services are non-refundable. If you are unhappy with your service, please reach out to me directly within 7 days of your appointment, and I will make any necessary adjustments to ensure you're satisfied. If the adjustment is due to a change in your preferences, you will be required to pay for the additional service. Your satisfaction is important, and I’m here to ensure your experience is the best it can be!
